Made me more determined to make a-holes' lives more difficult in our organization in order to make many more people's lives better. This book does not trivialize the subject, despite the entertaining and spot -on title. Dr. Robert Sutton was very responsive to my 2 emails to him about his great work. It is well researched and we all have them in our respective workplaces. We just hope they are a dying breed.
