I love this book so much that I used it for two different business school class projects. This book made me realize that there are many different kinds of people in business and that you can do it your own way, while remaining true to your values, all in service of a greater good. Yvon Chouinard proves that yes, you can be a steward of the planet AND still turn a profit.

Read this and learn why the future of business belongs to inspired "dirtbags" and not "Wall Street greaseballs." (You'll have to read the book to find out what he means by these terms.)
