I am a published author who enjoys writing but who is not skilled at promoting ... most authors are like this. Also, when I am writing I am not promoting, and when I am promoting I am not writing. The Tipping Point tells me to focus on a few things, even if at the moment they appear to be the "little things." Adding the Pareto Principle to the promotion mix helps.
