In many ways it changed me but in short it showed me that no matter what you do, the industry you are in, the size of your company or your age does not matter how you run a business. It is simple and Jack Welch tells it in a very simple way. I see it as a Bible of business; each time I make a decision, I read that chapter once again to be inspired.
