Seth has the key to success. I love Tribes and use it in my classroom all the time. Insights abound for life changing adventures with my students. I reference Tribes in class as I relate the truths in the many teachable moments. 21st Century Post-secondary Readiness training will never be the same.

I finished Seth Godin’s Tribes last week. It is The. Best. Book. Ever. (Don’t ask why I waited so long. ‘Cuz I don’t like bandwagons… or the idea of tribes, until I read this…)

Page 20 is YOU. Underutilized, with the potential to rock your world.

You can lead; you are being led; both are an innate part of who we are as human beings. Gather your tribe to you, and engineer real change. It's easier than you've been taught to believe.

If you don’t have the book, go get it immediately. You will stay up all night to read it. (Sorry to your spouse.) It’s unbelievable genius, and it should not wait. I don't think life-altering is too grand praise for it, if you want it to be. I dogeared about a third of the pages, and underlined and scribbled all over almost every one.
