This book is the first book I found that really understands the entrepreneur and clearly puts the priorities in the right order. Sales first. It changes the game with a rapid prototyping mindset - just getting it to market as fast as possible and then improving as you go - (doesn't work for automobiles, or restaurants or mission-critical products/services). I just read it a few months ago, so I am still on the path, but shocked it me took so long to "get it". It seems so obvious now.
